About Nicci Moloney

Nicci delights in helping businesses. An expert advisor, Nicci keeps bookkeeping and corporate compliance simple and easy for business operators. Where many clients are leaders in their field, others are struggling to keep abreast of all the red tape. Whatever their requirements, Nicci brings a simple, yet comprehensive approach to financial record keeping and makes sure her clients’ bookkeeping obligations are met.

With a Bachelor of Business (in Marketing) along with a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, Nicci brings a unique skill set to the usual bookkeeping process. Naturally, compliance and accuracy of the financial records are a priority, but Nicci is also able to look at the bigger picture and offer suggestions, or challenge the assumptions her clients may have been working from. By understanding the terminology and issues faced by her business owners, Nicci provides an integral link between them and their accountant. This allows all three parties to focus on the goals of the organisation and improve the outcomes, efficiencies and ultimately profitability.

Nicci is a Member in Practice of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and is a registered BAS agent. She works across many accounting software packages and is a certified payroll and silver partner with Xero as well as QuickBooks Online advisor. She is also an active member of Bookkeeping forums, local Chamber of Commerce branches and keeps her skills up-to-date at all times. Maypole has other Certified Bookkeepers, Payroll, IT and Digital Marketing experts and a team of highly effective Administrative Assistants to provide superior services to Maypole clients. When Nicci is not working she loves to take her Blue Heeler to the beach, play with the kids in her extended family, swim, potter in the garden, attend music festivals (when allowed again) and volunteer in her local community. Nicci also mentors younger bookkeepers and parents returning to work, allowing them to secure bookkeeping experience while re-establishing their work habits.
